ØNSKEDE KVALIFIKASJONER OG EGENSKAPER:

· Solid erfaring innen prosjektledelse

· God teknisk forståelse og kommersiell teft i prosjektene.

· Evne til å samarbeide effektivt med teammedlemmer, kunder og leverandører.

· Erfaring med å identifisere, evaluere og håndtere risiko som kan påvirke prosjektets suksess.

Dine arbeidsområder blir å gjennomføre prosjekter med overordnet ansvar for kontrakt, tekniske løsninger, planlegging av interne ressurser, innkjøp til prosjekt, fremdrift og økonomi. Rollen som prosjektleder innebærer ansvaret for prosjekt fra planlegging til leveranse.

Du vil være ansvarlig for at prosjektene er i tråd med våre høye krav til kvalitet og sikkerhet.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic technological direction, vision, and leadership in the planning and implementation of enterprise IT system.

Spearhead the planning and execution of technological development and innovation while ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.

Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

Ensure regulatory compliance within the aerospace industry, including managing relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring adherence to aviation safety standards.

Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and ensure the company's technological resources meet its short and long-term needs.

Collaborate with the management team to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering, IT, aerodynamics, electronics or related field. Master's, or PhD degree is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior technological role, where you have overseen the execution of complex, multi-discipline development projects.

Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and strong understanding of safety standards.
